TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All entrants must correctly answer the skill testing question on the official ballot in order to be deemed a winner. Winners for weekly draws will be displayed in the paper the following week and resubmitted for the Grand Prize Draw. All entries are eligible for weekly draws and Grand Prize Draw. When you are ready to book your vacation, please contact NEW TECUMSETH TRAVEL. As this trip will be subject to availability, please
give as much notice as possible of the preferred date of travel in order to avoid disappointment. The following conditions will apply on all travel arrangements.
1. Travel must be completed by December 15, 2009, on a space-availability basis, based on double occupancy. Black-out dates include: Christmas, New Year’s, March Break and Easter/Holy Week.
2. Prize winner must allow up to two weeks for the processing of requested dates, giving a first and second choice.
3. Once trips have been confirmed, no changes can be made to the date of travel or the names of the passengers.
4. All bookings are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.
5. Trip cancellation insurance is not available.

All passengers will be subject to these terms and conditions.
7. This prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value.
8. Prize winner is responsible for all taxes and must be paid upon booking.
